Naughty Step Award

The Naughty Step Award is for companies who’ve given bad service to the public.

Like a child they’re put on this naughty step and we’ll see if it changes their behaviour.

The idea for the Award came about because of the poor service I got from Tesco Wine.

If you’ve received bad service let us know and if our legal girl says it’s ok we’ll try to get it on the blog. You can email us or leave a comment below.

That just might get the attention of any companies that end up here and get them to change their ways.
