london weather in february is dry

(This article is for visitors coming to London, if you’re a Londoner you can give this one a miss)

Boys and girls let me tell you a story

About the London weather in February

Once you’ve heard it you’ll want to come here then

So sit down comfortably and I’ll begin.

You see February has a secret

That I’m sure you’ll want to hear

It will change your decision on what to bring to wear

Jumpers, overcoat, umbrella’s are usually a must

But February’s big secret is…

It’s the second driest month.

Hard to believe, I know

Especially after all the January rainfall

But the fact is in February in London it hardly rains

And even the cold isn’t that much of a pain.

The average rainfall is just 38 mil

And the average low a reasonable 2°C

Which although not warm or hot

Neither will it freeze your bollocks off.

Yes there can be wind, overcast and gloom

But the days are getting longer and there’re more things to do

Unlike January when there’s hardly anything on

In February events start to come thick and strong.

So take advantage of the dry days and reasonable warm

And remember airfares in February are well below the norm

Coming to London in February is a good call

And with less tourists about there’s more space for y’all.
