Yesterday was a good example of this, as I said in my post last week about something to do after sightseeing in London, I went to see the Seven Samurai with Chris.
There were only a few empty seats on the sides because everyone knew this wasn’t going to be happening again anytime soon. And yes the film was good although the fight scenes at the end surprisingly were the weakest part of the film.
We had planned to get something proper to eat afterwards in one of the restaurants with offers but after a few drinks in the bar I wasn’t in the mood and just wanted something quick to eat.
That’s when it’s good to be with Chris he always seems to either know somewhere or has some offer on him.
And sure enough he had the Burger King offers on him, I know, but when you just want something quick you can’t beat a burger.
So we’re in there and he gets the sheet of paper out with the offers and I’ve got to say Burger King have got their people clued up because they all know about the offer and take the vouchers with no hassle.
Then this guy in the queue next to us asks where did we get them and Chris says what blogs do you read and the guy says what’s a blog. Chris looks at me, looks at the guy and just says that’s where you get them.
It’s when something like that happens that’s when you realise how small blogging is in the real world.
If you want to get deals in London subscribe to our blog because Chris gives them out every so often.
