See Mog the Forgetful Cat and Judith Kerr book signing in John Lewis

I often mention Selfridges because of the events that they put on. Well the John Lewis store on Oxford Street are stepping up and holding a lovely event for kids on Saturday 20^th.

However unlike Selfridges who let the world and his neighbour know about their events.  John Lewis keeps things so quiet, unless you know who to talk to you’d never know about their events.

And so it is with their event on this Saturday. At time of writing there isn’t anything about it on their website!!

Not to worry though as a reader of our blog we let you know about events that most people don’t hear about. So if you have kids and they like Mog the Forgetful Cat, this is a must see event for you.

The author, Judith Kerr, will be signing copies of her book, which is nice, but not something that kids care about. What they will care about and will get them excited is the chance to meet the character Mog the Cat. Can you imagine how excited they’ll be?

But that’s not all, Judith Kerr will also be reading stories from the book to keep the kids entertained.

Knowing how popular the Mog books have been over the decades the kids will love this event. And if you haven’t started reading these books to them this would be a lovely introduction for them.

You can see the character, Mog the Forgetful Cat, at John Lewis in Oxford Street on Saturday 20^th between  12 noon – 3pm. Judith Kerr, the author will also be there from 11am – 12 noon to sign books and from 12 noon – 3pm she’ll be reading from the book. This all takes place in the Toys Department on the 4^th floor.
