For comedy in London you have to try this comedy club

What a week, what a week, what a week’s it’s been

Rain everyday was the recurring theme

Then the wind chill dropped it down a few more degrees

And everyone started thinking about holidays.

But wait up isn’t that typical of Poms

Obsessed by the weather when there’s still so much going on.

That’s right my friends Tuesday was Australia Day

And I swear it seemed like all of Australia had moved to the UK.

But that’s not all that Tuesday brought

We had one of the best premieres of the year

Well at least that’s what I thought.

I mentioned it before so no need to say more

But Helen was so beautiful I couldn’t help but purr.

–

The hump of Wednesday came and went

And a good night at the Late should have been spent.

Could have and might have been better

But I think my post had put everyone on a downer (sorry guys).

Thursday was yesterday and big things were happening here

Men with dirty cash everywhere

Offering us this, offering that

Shush, can’t say more I think there’re Feds at the door.

Enough already what the …. is this post about?

Well it’s a long winded way for me to say

If your week’s been tough go out and have a laugh.

–

I’ve mentioned this comedy club all month, because it’s that good

If you followed my advice you would have seen the Mighty Boosh in the neighbourhood

That’s right not a word of a lie

Noel Fielding was in the house on a special fly by.

Now not many clubs have that kind of pull

That’s why for comedy this Saturday
