One of the must see exhibitions in London

The National Portrait Gallery are definitely pulling out all the stops to make it the gallery of choice.

Not only have they got the Beatles to Bowie exhibition, now they’ve also got the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize. This exhibitions is a must see for any visitor to London because it’s fascinating, thought provoking and just incredible.

I’ve been going for the last few years and get blown away at some of the shots that people have taken. When you consider a lot of them are from amateurs, it makes you want to take up photography.

The exhibition is on until 14 February 2010, is free and is open from 10am – 6pm daily. Although on Thursdays and Fridays it’s open until 9pm and I’d say go on one of those days because they also have special talks and music events around the gallery on those nights.

Most guidebooks will say to visit this gallery. But chances are they won’t say what’s on, so you might decide to give it a miss. With the EPok London Pack we give you the details so that you don’t miss out on great events like this.
