Treat your kids to the film on the big screen

You know there’s something magical about going to the cinema as a child. I remember going with my mum and it was like going on an adventure. As the lights started to go down before the start of the film, it was like you were about to enter a new world.

These days a lot of kids miss out on that feeling but if you’re in London on Saturday 17th you can treat your kids to a big screen showing of the Wizard of Oz. We’ve all seen the film on TV and thought it was good so imagine what your kids will make of it on a big screen in the cinema.

Well this Saturday 17th the Barbican Centre has a special screening of the film for families. If you haven’t got a kid you can’t get in! The film starts at 11am and tickets are only £5.

The Barbican cinema is a lovely venue and it’s easy to get to, just go to the Barbican station and follow the yellow line. No I’m not kidding, there really is a yellow line.

London guide books don’t tell you about events like this, but with the EPok London Pack we let you in on the secrets that only Londoners know and about London deals. Visit epok.com for more details.
