The Unicorn Theatre has plays adapted for children

If you’re visiting London with young children, 2 – 5 years old, this event will certainly be of interest to you.

The Unicorn Theatre near London Bridge puts on shows specially adapted for children and on Thursday 22nd until Sunday 1st November they’re showing the Princess and the Pea. It’s aimed at children aged 2 – 5 years old and last for 45 minutes.

I think the idea behind the theatre is brilliant and it’s a shame other theatres haven’t come up with something similar. More cinemas are putting on shows just for families i.e. if you haven’t got a kid you can’t get in. Isn’t it about time theatres started to do something like that.
