Free outdoor films at the Scoop in London

On Wednesday 16th the outdoor free film screening event starts at the Scoop. Films will be showed every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and this week they have Slumdog Millionaire on Wednesday, For A Few Dollars More on Thursday and Mama Mia on Friday.

Now I love the Scoop but I’m not sure about this type of event at this time of year. It’s not just that it’s getting colder, but the chances of it raining are more likely. It’s a great idea but I don’t think I’m hardy enough to go through that especially when I’ve seen the films. I know lots of people who don’t care what the weather’s like will turn up and the atmosphere will be great. If you’re that kind of person and you’re not put off by the cold and rain give it a go as you’ll have a really good evening.

The films start at 7pm and you just turn up, grab a spot and that’s it.

Does your London guidebook tell you about events like this? I didn’t think so; this is why it’s a good idea to get the EPok London Pack.

Finally if you want to know what the weather’s likely to be, here’s a monthly breakdown. London weather monthly forecast.
