See and take part in the Tango Festival in London

Spitalfields is one of the venues in London that very few tourists realise how many great events they host there. That means their events are never overrun with tourists and it makes it a lot more pleasurable and definitely worth taking the time to get over there.

If you’re up for trying something different on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th they are hosting the London International Tango Festival. If you like the idea of seeing the Tango performed by experts, get free dance lessons and buy traditional Argentinian food and products, this is the festival for you.

The event starts at 1pm and goes on until 6pm on both days and is totally free to attend. To get there is very easy, you just go to Liverpool Street and it’s about 5 minutes walk away. There will be lots of people about so just ask where Spitalfields Market is.

I have to say it’s a bit of a shame that they’re having it on this weekend because I know I and people I know will be going to the Thames Festival.
