Most Londoners who know their fish and chips will claim to know where to get the best fish and chips. But they’re wrong.
On their best day each of the places I’m going to mention do fantastic fish and chips. Do a Pepsi Challenge on any of these places and no Londoner would be able to tell the difference.
So the question isn’t where can you get the best fish and chips. It’s where can I get good authentic fish and chips in London?
So Ladies and Gentlemen, in no particular order here are the 5 you should consider.
The Golden Hind – Roughly 400m from Bond Street station.
Seafresh restaurant – Roughly 300m from Victoria station.
Masters Super Fish – Roughly 400m from Waterloo station
Fryer’s Delight restaurant – Roughly 200m from Holborn station.
Fish Central – Roughly 800m from Old Street station.
